There is nothing to sign up for here and nothing for sale, so this is short. It says what you may do with the site, what it is worth relying on, and who is on the other end. Using the site means you accept it.

Using the site

Read it, link to it, quote it. Do not try to break into it, hammer it with automated requests, or reach the pages behind the private links. Nothing here asks you for anything, so there is no account to lose and no data of yours to misuse.

What belongs to whom

The name, the mark, the artwork, the shaders, and the words are Playsthetic's, except where something is credited otherwise. The icons in the band along the bottom are Lucide's, under the ISC licence, and say so in the source. Quoting and linking is welcome. Passing any of it off as yours, or using the mark in a way that suggests we made or endorsed something, is not.

What this site is not

A holding page. Nothing on it is an offer, a commitment, or a release date, and a game named here may change or never ship. It is provided as it is, with no warranty of any kind, and it may be changed or taken down at any time. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss that follows from using it, and nothing here removes a right you have under the consumer law where you live.

The private links

Two of the icons lead to a wiki and an admin that only we can open. Reaching either one requires a sign-in we control, and attempting to get past it is not covered by anything above.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. If you are a consumer elsewhere, that does not take away the right to bring a claim in your own country's courts where the law gives it to you.

Changes

If these terms change, the new version is posted on this page with a new date at the top.
